At Fisher Exterior Solutions, we complete most service estimates remotely. This allows us to save time, keep the process convenient for our customers, and help us maintain competitive pricing.

Many projects can be accurately estimated using online resources, property information, and photos you provide. When additional information is needed, we'll work with you to make sure we understand the scope of your project before providing an estimate.

How Our Estimate Process Works

1. Contact Us

Start by reaching out with information about the service you're interested in. Let us know what you'd like cleaned, any concerns you have, and any details that may help us understand your project.

2. Property Review

When possible, we begin by reviewing available online property information to better understand your home or business.

3. Provide Photos (If Needed)

If additional information is required, we'll ask for clear photos of the areas you would like serviced.

Photos should show:

• All sides of the property where work is requested.

• The surfaces needing cleaning.

• Any areas that may require special attention.

Clear photos help us provide the most accurate estimate possible.

4. Receive Your Estimate

After reviewing the available information, we'll provide an estimate and discuss any questions you may have.

If photos or available information do not provide enough detail, we'll schedule an on-site visit to better understand the project.

Prefer An On-Site Estimate?

While most service estimates can be completed remotely, we understand that some customers prefer an in-person consultation.

If you are not comfortable with the remote estimate process or would simply prefer to have us visit your property before moving forward, you are welcome to request an on-site estimate.

Our goal is to make the estimating process convenient while ensuring you feel confident moving forward with your project.

What We Need For Window Cleaning Estimates

For window cleaning estimates, accurate pricing is based on a pane count.

To help us prepare your estimate, please provide:

• Clear photos of every side of the home that contains windows or glass.

• Photos where windows are clearly visible so panes can be counted accurately.

• Information about any skylights, including whether they are glass or plastic bubble-style.

Please note that we do not clean storm windows.

Please do not send videos. Photos provide the detail needed for our estimating process.

Any windows that are not visible in the provided photos may not be included in the estimate.

When An On-Site Visit Is Needed

While most estimates can be completed remotely, some projects require additional information before an accurate recommendation can be made.

An on-site visit may be needed for:

• Limited photo availability.

• Complex properties.

• Unusual surfaces or conditions.

• Projects requiring a closer evaluation.

Our goal is always to provide accurate recommendations and pricing before beginning the work.
